CHRISTMAS SHOPPING season has already started and will continue to grow into December.  Our busiest time is expected to be between December 1 and December 19 with that last week being the very busiest.  During that time, there may be a delay of an additional day or two before your order ships.  Shipping notices are sent out automatically with the information also available when you sign on to your account.  Also be aware that both Canada Post will also have significant volumes during that same time and during the week before Christmas, it is not unusal that there be an additional 3 to 5 business day delay in delivery.  To be sure your order arrives before Christmas, your order should be placed before Thursday, December 10.  We also have Xpedited (2-3 Day), and Priority Air (1-2 Day) shipments.  These services get priority and in-stock orders placed before Noon EST will usually ship out the same day.  After December 18, these are the only services that are likely to be delivered in time for Christmas.  If you ship by Expedited (Ground) after December 10, be prepared for the possibility that the order is delivered after Christmas. Shipments to Ontario and Quebec are less likely to be impacted.  Note that destinations in the Windsor and Toronto area will usually take only 1-2 days even for Expedited (Ground). Everyone works very hard to get packages to the destination on time, but volumes have a significant impact. All orders ship from LaSalle, Ontario. Ground shipping time varies with the destination. Shipments to the West Coast normally take 4 to 5 days. Shipments to the East Cost normally take 3 to 4 days. Shipments to provinces close to Ontario normally take 1 to 3 days. It is not unusual for Christmas time Ground shipments to be delayed by up to 1 week. We will still ship out orders that will not be expected to arrive before Christmas between December 21nd and 24th. Please be prepared for Ground Shipment orders placed after December 11 to arrive after Christmas unless the destination is near Ontario. Note that orders which are placed after Noon that are not cancelled before 10 PM EST the same day can not be cancelled and will probaby be in progress for processing for shipment. They ship once the process is complete. Shipments which are refused will be refunded for the product price less a 20% restock fee ($10 minimum).
